Descripción del producto

El lomo de cerdo curado artesano es un embutido que gusta a mayores y pequeños por la delicadeza de su sabor. Para su elaboración se debe extraer con sumo cuidado la pieza, con una capa de grasa suficiente para mantener su jugosidad hasta su llegada a la mesa.

Para la elaboración de este embutido casero, se adoba abundantemente con una mezcla totalmente casera preparada con ajo natural, sal y pimentón de La Vera con Denominación de Origen. Cuando se encuentre en su punto se introduce en tripa natural de vacuno y se cuelga para ser ligeramente ahumado con leña de roble y curado al frío aire de nuestras montañas de León en secadero natural.

La curación de nuestro lomo de cerdo curado artesano se lleva a cabo de forma totalmente natural, siendo fundamental la climatología, por lo que solamente lo elaboramos durante los meses fríos, que normalmente van desde octubre hasta marzo. Además, nuestra fábrica de embutidos se encuentra ubicada en plena Reserva de la Biosfera del Alto Bernesga, declarada por la UNESCO en el año 2005. Su localización en la montaña central leonesa se extiende a los municipios de Villamanín y Pola de Gordón, con cumbres que alcanzan latitudes de más de 2100 metros, lo que nos hace desarrollar nuestra actividad en un marco incomparable para la elaboración de estos alimentos típicos de León.

CONSERVACIÓN

Conservar en lugar fresco y seco, manteniendo el envase al vacío en las condiciones óptimas que se ha entregado al cliente. En caso de perder el vacío dicho envase por la manipulación, extraer el producto para evitar que se estropee y consumir
