Descripción del producto

Nuestro chorizo agridulce artesano es la seña de identidad de Embutidos La Pradera de Fontún, que nos acompaña desde el inicio de nuestra andadura en la elaboración de embutidos caseros, iniciada por Pedro y Blanca en el año 1997, cuando ya regentaban el Mesón La Pradera.

En su preparación se utilizan ingredientes caseros y naturales de la mejor calidad, manteniendo unas proporciones óptimas y siguiendo un proceso de elaboración artesanal. Como ya hacíamos en nuestro inicio, nuestro chorizo agridulce se embute en tripa natural de vacuno (en herradura) y mantiene su ligero ahumado con leña de roble.

La curación de nuestro chorizo agridulce artesano se lleva a cabo de forma totalmente natural, siendo fundamental la climatología, por lo que solamente lo elaboramos durante los meses fríos, que normalmente van desde octubre hasta marzo. Además, nuestras instalaciones se encuentran ubicadas en plena Reserva de la Biosfera del Alto Bernesga, declarada por la UNESCO en el año 2005. Su localización en la montaña central leonesa se extiende a los municipios de Villamanín y Pola de Gordón, con cumbres que alcanzan latitudes de más de 2100 metros, lo que nos hace desarrollar nuestra actividad en un marco incomparable para la elaboración de estos alimentos típicos León.

De nuestro chorizo agridulce artesano los jueces del Great Taste Awards 2019 de Londres han destacado su “condimento y distribución de grasa equilibrados; perfecta humedad y jugosidad, suavidad y untuosidad, sabor largo y exquisito; presencia inmediatamente atractiva, fuerte y con una hermosa profundidad de color en el corte; aroma enormemente atractivo con un toque perfecto de humo, profundidad rica, condimento bien modulado y gran calidad del pimentón….” concediéndole por todo ello el galardón de DOS ESTRELLAS.

Chorizo ahumado con leña de roble. Embutido artesano. 

CONSERVACIÓN

Conservar en lugar fresco y seco, manteniendo el envase al vacío en las condiciones óptimas que se ha entregado al cliente. En caso de perder el vacío dicho envase por la manipulación, extraer el producto para evitar que se estropee y consumir

CONDICIONES DE USO

Producto listo para consumir. Extraer de su envase y dejar orear previamente.
